The Turing Company (“we”, “us”) operates this website and organises guided motorcycle tours. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use an inquiry form on this site, it opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you entered — typically your name, email address, country, phone number, the ride you're interested in, and your message. You choose whether to send it.
- Information you give us directly. Anything you share by WhatsApp, email or phone when planning or booking a ride — for example travel dates, riding experience, emergency contact and any medical information you choose to disclose for your safety.
- Usage data. If analytics is enabled, we collect anonymised data about how the site is used — pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use this to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and plan, quote and run your ride.
- To arrange permits, accommodation and support for your trip.
- To contact you about your booking, including safety information.
- To improve the website and understand which rides interest people.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary to deliver your ride — for example with accommodation providers, local partners and permit authorities (Inner Line Permits require identity details for certain regions). We may also share information where the law requires it. Messages you send us through WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and inquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and insurance obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If website analytics is enabled, it may set cookies to measure aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and our rides are not open to unaccompanied minors. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
