Coorg Coffee Weekender
Coffee, mist, and roads that curl.
About This Tour
Coorg — Kodagu — is Karnataka's coffee country, a misty hill district of estate bungalows, spice gardens, and roads that curl endlessly through the plantations. Over a long weekend from Bangalore we climb the Madikeri ghat, chase waterfalls, sleep on a working coffee estate, and meet the elephants at Dubare before the ride home. Easy distances, cool air, and the smell of coffee blossom the whole way.

Mist in the coffee at sunrise and those Madikeri ghat roads all to ourselves. Well run, unhurried, and the estate stay was the right call.
