About This Tour
The gentler, greener Himalaya. From the lake town of Nainital we ride the quiet ridge roads of Kumaon — Kausani's sunrise over the Nanda Devi peaks, the remote viewpoint of Munsiyari, hill temples and pine forests all the way. Moderate riding, cool air, and the high snows always on the horizon.

Kausani to Munsiyari
A long, beautiful day deep into the mountains to the remote viewpoint town of Munsiyari.
Munsiyari
A local day amid the Panchachuli peaks — short rides, glacier views, and mountain villages.
Munsiyari to Chaukori
Back along the pine ridges to the quiet tea-garden hamlet of Chaukori.
Chaukori to Nainital
Return through Almora's bazaars and hill temples to Nainital.
Depart
